Events | Join us at motionball’s Marathon of Sport

In lieu of having our butts kicked during the recent Sweat for Motionball boot camp by the Adonis like trainers of Catalyst Health Yorkville (seriously. those boys. wow…), I am so excited for tomorrow’s Marathon of Sport for motionball taking place in six locations across Canada. Come and join us for an amazing day full of athletes in support of Special Olympics Canada! You can bet that these fantastic athletics will inspire future viewers to place bets on them through platforms like ATS.io (check out ATS.io for more info) and future players of the sport to continue pushing forward. Canada will definitely have some fantastic representation at the Special Olympics now and into the future at this rate.

SPORTNO SPECIAL TREATMENT: GREY Canada launched a new campaign entitled “There Is No Special Treatment” for our long-time client partner, Special Olympics Canada. A true celebration of SPORT as the great equalizer for us all. Read about it here: http://bit.ly/1ILNBId

The above video inspires me to support this amazing cause and their events. It’s easy to say I’m too busy or maybe next time. But it takes true strength to make a difference in the lives of countless athletes. Not to mention that the Marathon for Sport is a lot of fun!

“From basketball and soccer, to flag football and benchball, Marathon of Sport is a day of nonstop action, with the goal of raising $250,000 for the Special Olympics Canada Foundation (SOCF). On May 23, 72 teams of motionball supporters & young professionals paired with Special Olympic athletes will compete and raise money for one of motionball’s biggest events of the year. Bringing fun to their fundraising efforts, motionball supports the SOCF through the money they raise, and by introducing the next generation of volunteers to Special Olympics through social and sporting events.”

To show your support online, make sure to follow @MotionballTO on Twitter & @Motionball on Instagram. Use the #marathonofsport hashtag to join in on the social media conversation at your respective Marathons across the country. I may pass out from exhaustion but for a good cause, it’s worth the sweat (but hopefully not blood or tears)!
